My stay was very relaxing. The staff was very friendly and helpful with everything I needed. The room was clean and sanitary. Will return back here when in the area. Hottub was working well. Atmosphere was excellent . Property is well maintained

It was a perfect stay for our conference. All the rooms were clean. Breakfast was great in the morning. Plenty of selection overall great experience.You can’t beat the location of this hotel. Great shopping and food every where around.

Don’t let the good reviews fool you.

Check in was awful. They tried to charge Hotels.com more than the agreed upon price so I had to call Hotels.com to sort it out and it took 45 minutes after a long day on the road. The room smelled like smoke and weed. Throughout the night the smell would be worse than other times. Our room overlooked the pool and it was very loud. We had to put on white noise so we could go to sleep. The pool was dirty and the water in the hot tub was murky. I would not recommend if you want a good nights sleep in a clean environment. Will not be staying here again.

When we first pulled up, it looked very sketchy. Like a rent by the day or week hotel. The front window was all busted out and covered with wood. They haven’t updated their paperwork they have you sign, it says a $100 deposit, they charge $50, but you have to sign it. The toilet seat was broken, like you slid when you sit down. The sink doesn’t drain. When we asked for another room the lady got upset and said no. Maintenance came down and moved us. He was even the one showing people to their rooms. The front desk didn’t do anything. We had to check out a day early because of bad storms coming in. We did not ask for a refund, but they tried charging us $37 for checking out early. The front desk man had only been there 2 days and had to call the manager for everything. The manager wouldn’t come out and talk to us. They wouldn’t give me a receipt. Said they would email me one, but I still haven’t gotten one. The paint around the pool and hot tub was nasty looking, not a very clean area. The bathroom didn’t look like it had been cleaned in a long time. It was just not a good experience or a clean one.

Excellent staff and the room was perfect. I travel almost weekly, and stay at a lot of hotels. This place is one of the best I’ve stayed at in a long time. The room was super-clean, the staff was awesome, and breakfast was really good.

The staff at this hotel are fantastic. They always go the extra mile to make the guests comfortable and prompt dealing with any concerns or needs. Friendly and professional. Always a hot breakfast with lots of options. The newly remodeled rooms are nice and clean. My go to Hotel when I’m in town for business.. pool and hot tub were working brilliant. Loved it

Rooms are spacious and clean. Beds were super comfy and pillows even better! I'm extremely picky about my pillows! We were coming in from a 10 hour drive from visiting family, so comfortable beds was a very big thing for us. Front desk was very friendly and accommodating

I did not stay and would like a refund but if course that is next to impossible. Driving up to it I knew it was a bad choice. But I walked through and it was disgusting. I was not bringing my grandkids into that place to stay!

Stayed here for two nights. Decent hotel but beds a little uncomfortable, the sink by the bathroom was clogged up took Forever for water to go down. Tv remote didn’t work. Overall stay was just OK. I Wouldn’t stay here again.
