• Please bring your personal toiletries like toothpaste, deodorant, etc. A starter supply of the items listed above will be provided. Guests will provide their own supplies after depleting the starter supply of these items.

• We do not offer rescheduled stays or refunds for cancellations outside of Airbnb's extenuating circumstances policy. We strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance at the time of booking if you are concerned about the possibility of canceling your trip last minute. Travel insurance is affordable and provides excellent protection against unforeseen cancellations.

Ken was a great host. Upon our arrival, we discovered a stopped-up toilet and after I texted him, he immediately sent a plumber to take care of it. He was very responsive and made sure everything was handled quickly. The dual houses were perfect for our family to meet up and celebrate Christmas together in Nashville. Would definitely recommend this property to others.
