When we arrived we were greated by valet. They were full and gave us a few suggestions on where to park. And because of the vehicle we have suggested what parking lots to avoid as it is a high in theft vehicle. They were straight forward with us and which we appreciated. We parked all week across the street . Room was clean/cleaned daily. The halls were always quiet and clean. The staff was responsive in a timely manner. The location is rather great few minute walk to bed way. The view was impressive. I stayed dec 26-jan3rd rather busy, the elevator was longer waits during breakfast reception check in /check out which was slightly annoying but no harm done. We chose this hotel for the pool as we had a child that would had enjoyed it. Unfortunately on the 29th it was shut down for maintenance the 30th they shut it down early to set up for their NYE party with no heads up we were slightly in happy with the lack of warning. The pool did not re opens till the 2nd. Breakfast & evening reception was very well organized. Other then The lack of communication to the guest anbout the pool overall was a great place to stay.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. My third time staying here but definitely my last There was no phone reception in the room, the wifi didn't work for my entire stay, the pool was closed, valet left our car on the street after charging $70/ night. It was a very uncomfortable stay.
