This was a great hotel to stay at in Nashville. It is very convenient to Broadway and our room was nice. We enjoyed breakfast each morning. I loved being able to order an omlet. We also enjoyed happy hour each night. I have stayed in 5 different hotels in Nashville but this might be my go to hotel from now on.

My first trip to Nashville. The location was great. I would recommend staying here. Hotel was in walking distance to Broadway. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet each morning during my stay. Hotel staff were friendly.

Valet service needs a lot of work. Cars were backed up blocking traffic in front of the hotel while 3 valets stand there and talk to each other. Why were so many cars being left at the door? Pool was amazing for my daughter was pretty gross. Layer of gel could be seen floating in the water and wife got a bladder infection from swimming for 1 hour there. No room service for food was a bummer.

The elevators took about 30 minutes to open on the floors and stairs blocked on the 11th floor making it very inconvenient. Valet broke my husbands seat in our car...the up sides, very clean and spacious room and great breakfast buffet options.

Good location, couple of issues

The hotel is in a good location. You can park at the Music City garage for less money than the valet parking. The room was nice and clean. The problems were the hideaway bed was not comfortable at all and the main light in the bathroom was not working. Breakfast was good and had made to order eggs or omelet. Staff seemed very friendly.

We enjoyed our stay with you just a few comments We did not get fresh towels and wash cloths the final day of our day also was close on running out of tolet paper. Elevators were slow and not all of them appeared to work, The breakfast and Happy hour was excellant and staff were very helpful. Check in and out staff were very informative. And helpful

The room is lovely. Plan on waiting at the elevator at least 20 minutes each time. Do not park your car with the valet. The wifi is weak. For $500 a night, there are too many issues. The elevators have been SLOW for years. We will not stay here again for those reasons.

The room is great, bathroom is great - service didn't refill our coffee bar, he elevators are still HORRID (plan on waiting 10 minutes to get the elevator - sadly this is not a joke), DO NOT PARK in the valet - use spot hero to find a local spot - as valet takes 30-45 minutes, check in wasn't great, super slow wifi - don't think we will return.
