Large home with so many KING BEDS! Made for a very comfortable trip for our group. 3 couples and we all had our own king bed and bathroom. Treats and beverages were much appreciated upon arrival. Roomy, Comfortable Townhome Relatively Close to DT and Colleges

The unit was the perfect size for us. It was a great layout and the beds were comfortable. The living room, kitchen space was also roomy and it was stocked well. Close proximity to Vandy and Belmont and still pretty close to DT. The only small negative was noise from construction in the general area that started early in the morning during the week and the master bedroom could use black out shades.

Amazing house and stay!

We came to Nashville for a national figure skating competition at the SportsPlex. The property is right around the corner from the Sportsplex, which made going in coming very easy.This gorgeous home was one of the most comfortable and clean properties we have ever had the pleasure to stay in. The owners were wonderful!Thank you so much for the hospitality and thoughtful snacks that were provided. The property was so quiet and the balcony overlooking the green and the view were wonderful. Gizzers Birthday in Nashville

I have 4 siblings from 68 to 80 and we live in different cities. We try to meet up and celebrate our blessings. Valentine's Day must have been something special for our parents because 3 of them have birthdays in November. We rented this VRBO and could not have been happier. The host: super communication and very responsive when we had a question. Clean, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds. Quiet neighborhood. We had a great, too short of a time. Hope to go back. Nashville was more than I expected.

Family Weekend

Overall, great location and beautiful property with an excellent property manager. The manager was attentive and accommodating, and the home was clean, spacious and tastefully decorated. We arrived to find drinks and snacks for our pleasure and absolutely no “to do list” upon departure. Highly recommended for a great location and relaxing stay.

Just Perfect!

We had a group of 8 adults staying for the weekend! These hosts have thought of everything. Plenty of towels, bathroom/kitchen/laundry supplies, and a welcoming snack basket! Plenty of room at the table to gather for breakfasts and to sit in the living room at the end of the day to chat. So nice to have king size beds in all of the bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms, as well. No problems with parking for everyone, check in/check out was so easy, and the whole place was really clean. Beautiful place! Would love to stay here again! Thank you!

Great place to stay in Nashville!!!

We went to Nashville for a long weekend and concert. This place was fantastic!!! When we arrived there were complimentary snacks and some cold sodas and beer in the fridge. We had a group of 7 adults, 2 couples and three adult children. The main living room area and adjoining kitchen/dining area was plenty spacious for our entire group. The bedrooms were extremely nice and there was plenty of bathrooms to accommodate us all. The host, Lauren, was super gracious and accommodating. She couldn't have been nicer. I have rented a vacation home many times and this one is now at the top of my list!!! The location is close to Vanderbilt University and a couple of miles to Broadway. Its a about a 15 Minute drive to Broadway, but you You could walk if you feel energetic We drove to town due to the extreme heat wave while we were there. My only concern is that more people will find out about this gem and it will be hard to get, when I come back for my next trip to Nashville. All I can say, is if you are looking for a place to rent for your family or large group, this is the place to rent!!!

Wedding Weekend

The property was a great alternative for my adult children, rather than booking 4 hotel rooms. We had plenty of space and a nice living room to relax and watch the Olympics! It was just off Broadway, so Ubers were inexpensive. The host Lauren was very responsive to any request. Very pleased.

Amazing experience!

My family and I loved this house. The host was very accommodating and understanding and was always very quick to reply if I asked a question. The house was very clean and had everything we needed and more. I highly recommend staying here. The location was great, it was close to everything downtown.
