This 1BR, 1BA apartment is in a charming home built in 1920 and located in the heart of 12 South, steps away from many of the city`s best restaurants & boutique shopping. It is a private unit with a full kitchen, bath, and backyard - all yours! The only shared space is the walkway up to the front door.

This is a perfect stay for couples in town for a relaxing weekend, professionals here for work, or parents visiting students at the nearby Vanderbilt, Belmont or Lipscomb campuses.

This is a one-of-a-kind, private unit on the first floor of a larger home that is occupied by the homeowner (me!), my husband, and my dog.

The space includes two queen size beds - one in the bedroom, one pullout couch in the living room.

The unit has been furnished and decorated with love and is perfect for anyone who is looking for a space with beautiful exposed brick, slightly uneven wood floors and plenty of character.
There is a pet fee associated for those who bring pets. The owner has a dog of their own so please let us know if you bring you one :)
