Room had trash in it from previous customer. They immediately fixed the problem. Room was spacious and bathroom clean. Breakfast was great! Only suggestion is to have microwave instead. Gentleman they was in charge of breakfast was very helpful and made sure all entries were filled

Cons: There is only valet parking, at $50/day. The front desk staff were okay but didn't show initiative to help. For example, can you provide a mug to heat up milk; can you provide an umbrella as it is pouring, do you have a water filling station? An unhelpful "No" for each of these. Pros: I was there for a conference at Vanderbilt and that is a convenient walk from here. The room was quite modern and the furniture new.
Street parking but that is no good as it needs the car to be moved after every few hours

Parking is sketchy. Lots of things done wrong regarding parking. All the obstacles and headaches are easily solved with common sense so goal is obviously extra profit.
