For starters, their ad is misleading bc unlike the other hotels in the area, they do not have the normal hotel breakfast, you must pay for everything as it's room service only. Our flights got delayed, so we arrived a day late, they charged us, even though we spoke to them the day prior and they said it wouldn't be a problem. After 1 day there, the sink fell out in the bathroom. Moved us to an "upgraded room" across the hall, and the shower didnt work, and nobody attempted to fix it. Got charged an additional $95 to stay an extra night (bc my sister in law passed away the day we were supposed to leave) in the same crappy room (even though we were charged a fee for checking in late) went 3 days with no shower or hot water and got charged extra. NEVER AGAIN

Close to the airport with a great shuttle to and from the airport. Staff was very helpful, informative, and friendly. Clean lobby and rooms. Fitness center and pool were nice.

Overall, it was good. The water pressure in the shower was excessively low, and the water didn't get as hot as I would have liked it to. The hair dryer in the room didn't work.

The personnel was friendly and supportive. The only big issue was that the hotel lost connection to their system for about 18 hrs. I was not able to be picked up by the shuttle from the airport.
