Ballgame stay

We were there for a ballgame, had driven far, were very tired & beds slept wonderfully. Went to hotel bar area to eat and although food was good, service great, was very slow due to having only one server whom we felt sorry for having to ask for anything. He was run ragged and doing his best. Needs help!!
