The hotel was extra busy due to the ice storm. The lobby is on the 11th floor and for some reason the bottom entrance was freezing. Usually it wouldn’t matter but I used the valet parking and it would take up to 40 mins to get my car at times. Not sure what was going on with that. The front desk was very polite and helpful. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Great location. Entrance is a little hidden behind the Canopy Hilton.

We had a king suite and we loved! The breakfast was awesome hot real eggs, meat, oatmeal everything you could have wanted to go in it as well! Very laid back atmosphere! Definitely we will be back again! The plus side you could walk to the Gulch area and not have to drive m.

The front desk staff, especially Mica. The kitchen staff was very friendly. The hotel and room was extremely clean! The breakfast was outstanding. Not your usual breakfast you get at other hotels. The location of the hotel in the upcoming Gulch area was great. The price to park your $60 is a little too much, but guys were friendly and helpful.

It was the same breakfast every day we went. The bed was horrible. Complained to the front desk and no further response. Had to purchase a $160 mattress topper just to sleep and not physically hurt when we woke up. Horrible!
