Cool design but they lack professional service. Waited 40 min for Valet - poor staffing. Dry cleaning took 2 days to return. They text you to identify issues but then do not follow thru or text. Breakfast staff and food are exceptional! Clean rooms.

We liked that the hotel was not in the hustle and bustle of Broadway. However, I have stayed at other Curio Collection hotels and I didn’t feel that this one was as special as the others.
