Customer service was amazing. The property, pool, gym and rooms were clean. Breakfast was great with lots of option and omelets customized through the week. Jordan and Anthony were so friendly and helpful.

Ground level “suite” next to elevator bank was noisy. Kids running in the room above made for additional noise. I asked the front desk to move me and they said “we’re full.”

Staff was very nice and helpful, The gentlemen working the bar was great and had many suggestions on place to see during our stay. Menu was small but everything was good on it.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt House. The entire hotel was clean and quiet. Breakfast was excellent. Lots of delicious options. Only two issues-one, for our stay only one elevator was working which was a pain. The stairs are all the way at the end of the hall so it was difficult getting where you needed to go quickly. Secondly-the pool is only open from 10-10. The hours were impossible to find on the website. I was disappointed as we booked partially because of the pool and were unable to swim. When I expressed this disappointment to the front desk the woman working told me she’d be happy to let us swim after breakfast. When we returned to swim after breakfast she was not there and the other woman working said no. It was just a strange situation. Usually hotel pools are open earlier so that was upsetting to our family. Overall a nice stay-room was spacious and had everything we needed. Would stay here again.

I enjoyed the room and the hotel a lot. My wife and i were definitely not expecting how beautiful the hotel and the room was. We loved the layout it was like a little apartment away from home. We enjoyed the 2 tv’s, kitchen area, and especially the bedroom and bathroom. We kind of felt guilty we didn’t spend more time at the hotel than out and about HAHA.

We stayed for one night on our way back home and it was a beautiful hotel. The room was nice, the dining option for food was a bonus, the bartender/waiter did amazing, and the kids loved the pool!
