The Gulch hums just outside, yet once inside, you can settle into a slower pace - a place to warm up after exploring, recharge with familiar comforts, and ease into evenings with the simple pleasures of a cozy retreat.



Sleeping arrangements

The one-bedroom layout sleeps up to six guests with thoughtful flexibility for couples, families, or friends traveling together. The bedroom includes a queen bed that offers a quiet place to settle in, while the living area features a queen bed and a sofa sleeper to extend the space comfortably. A single bathroom supports both short stays and longer visits with bathroom essentials provided.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen gives you the option to cook unhurried meals or warm drinks without stepping back out into the cold. There is room to prepare food, store groceries, and enjoy relaxed breakfasts before heading out to nearby music spots or landmarks. Whether you prefer easy dinners after a day outdoors or a simple morning coffee, the space is equipped to support familiar routines.



Comfort & entertainment

Air conditioning, heating, and a ceiling fan help you adjust the environment to your liking throughout your stay. Smart TVs in both rooms and Wi-Fi make downtime easy, while board games offer a cozy way to spend winter evenings indoors. An in-unit washer and dryer provide added convenience, especially for longer trips or active days spent exploring the city.
