The property was awesome. The rooms are much larger than I anticipated, with distinct sleeping and living/kitchen areas, so it feels much more like home than you get in a other hotels. The communication from the team was fantastic, even though there's not a person at the front desk. I did run into members of the staff during my stay and all of them were incredibly friendly. The property is located on a more quiet street, so there is not much noise. My room was on the alley-side of the building, but there was little to no traffic through that alley, so noise was never a factor. It is easily walkable to Broadway and the Ryman Auditorium, which makes it a great location. However, it is far enough away from everything that you're not going to get boisterous visitors hanging out nearby. Would definitely stay again.

This place has nobody onsite, so when something breaks, it won't be fixed, just like our TV that didn't work so we couldn't watch Sunday night football.... Then they responded with ..... It will be fixed within 24 hours, we were leaving in 24 hours! What if the toilet overflowed or there was a pipe burst! They are in the hospitality business, and they lack hospitality!

This place was hands down worth it! So much better then staying at a hotel I would much rather stay at these kind of places! Clean, safe, lots of room it’s basically a small apartment to yourself! I refuse to stay in a hotel I always get these kind of rooms! You won’t be disappointed I promise!

Would definitely stay here again. One thing that I would suggest is to have actual coffee since there is a coffee maker. Coffee in a tea bag isn't ideal, also regular sugar packets and cream.

My experience was between average (3 out of 5 stars) and good (4 out of 5 stars). So here are the good things: neighborhood is safe, walking distance to some restaurants, unit was studio queen and it was spacious, kitchen setup was nice, bathroom was fine, washer/dryer was nice, couch/tv setup was fine, there was plenty of bright lights. Here are the issues I personally had: 1) AC was really loud when it was on, like Mission Control about to liftoff and there was a water dripping sound in the AC unit, not sure if it’s just my unit or if all units are the same 2) I was staying in ground floor which is the basement, my unit had very poor phone reception (T-Mobile) so I had to stand near window to just get a call, so if you have many calls to make, I would not suggest staying in the ground floor. 3) also the wifi in my apartment was not that reliable, it seemed ok when I played Netflix and searched stuff but when I had a job interview on Teams, the connection was terrible and I ended up having to go outside on the street to speak to her on the phone. It may just be my unit so perhaps other units have better wifi connection. 4) I can hear the noise coming from the parking garage next door so every locking of car door beep or a honk, I can hear it, I think the windows are not noise proof. Besides these 4 issues, it was a good stay so just try to request a unit on 1st or 2nd or higher floors (not on ground floor) and facing away from parking garage.

very nice set up in the rooms. more like a contemporary condo. large room, nice kitchen and living setup. bathroom also spacy and with a large shower. only thing i would recommend is a large dresser or two for storage of clothing so that you are not living out of a suitcase that pretty much must be on the floor. Broadway strip is walking distance from the location. once you park your vehicle, i would not plan to move it at all unless you're going out of the area.

The couch pull out bed was broken and couch had wood boards added under cushions. Made it uncomfortable to sit on. Water/Ice machine was broken. Shower head sprayed crazy and was hard to adjust. We were on ground level Unit G404 and had the smell of weed fill living/kitchen area a few times during our stay.

Property was close to Broadway. Unit was clean and comfortable. The unit was in the basement. I would have preferred it not to be in the basement. Not a lot of light coming through. There was also a smell in the hallway, which was masked by plug-ins. Although the unit was clean, it would have been nice to have somewhere to put clothes in rather than keeping them in my suitcase. I did have a space to hang up clothes, but other items not. The unit is in need of a new sofa couch. It is extremely worn and uncomfortable. It would be nice to have had a map of the town and attractions. This was my first time in Nashville and that would’ve been very helpful. Thanks for the welcome card and the cookies. I felt very safe and it was a very quiet unit. Overall area and place was fine.
