I called the hotel on a Thursday to let them know I wouldn’t make it to my reservation but my friend was still going. Over the phone the receptionist said it was fine and there would be no problem. However, in person they heckled my friend after my flight was canceled and I couldn’t make my trip which I originally explained on Thursday.

The room had a couple issues. The shower head sprayed everywhere and the picture on the tv was fuzzy with lines. The only other problem was the breakfast. We got to the lobby at 8am. The food was cold. The sausage was grey and the were no eggs. There were kittle pitatoes but no reason to eat those alone. The syrup bottles were nasty looking on the table. The overall food presentation was not fit for me or my husband to eat. I was pretty disappointed considering the price of the room

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel exclamation point the room was impressively spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable with fresh, clean linens that made for a great night sleep. I also appreciated the generous supply of towels - everything fell thoughtfully, prepared and spotless. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and well -appointed day near downtown Nashville!!!!

The area was so easy to get downtown for. Breakfast was better than I expected as it was included. Would definitely recommend to stay here and I will be returning whenever I holiday in Nashville again
