Expedia advertised dog and cat friendly; however, they didn't accept cats, so I was unable to stay there. After a long day of driving I had to find a different place to stay in a unfamiliar city. Not fun.

The interior of the room and the bathroom were clean but the furniture and bed felt like it was an afterthought.
Only stayed 1 night but room was very clean and beds are very comfortable. Great location and property felt very safe. Only negative is no coffee pot in rooms and only available in lobby before lunch. Would stay again any time.
Very useful room, especially the full size refrigerator to keep essential food during travel. It was an uncluttered space to unwind and enjoy the World Series.
Everything was clean, the bed was comfortable. There was an ice maker.
One thing that need addressing. In the bathroom off the workout room there was no hand soap to wash your hands and no paper towels to dry your hands.
The property was very spacious, clean, and conveniently located near restaurants.

**NOTIFIED STAFF OF LATE CHECK IN AT 4PM**
Whe we arrived at the hotel for our reservation at 3am after driving for 9 hours they DENIED us.
Expedia nor LivAWAY provided any remedy other than a refund and a one time good faith refund for the "No-Show" that we apparently incured for our late check in
STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS.

Experience from HELL. Since our 10+ hour drive was delayed, we called early to let them know of a late check in. Sue (I believe was her name) in reservations said that would not be a problem because the front desk could make a note of it. Called again to reach front desk and was told by a very rude lady that the computer resets at 1:30am and there was nothing she could do about it. I told her we would not be there by then and she said well there’s nothing I can do. So we called the corporate number and were informed that if we arrived after hours we were to use the phone by the check in kiosk and dial 500 and the staff would be able to manually check us in. We arrived at 3:05am and were told my a Ms. Tequila, the property manager, that the system was reset and our reservations for our family were all cancelled. After over an hour of back and forth between us, her, and Expedia we were left out in the cold. Thank God a nearby hotel manager was much kinder and we settled into the Holiday Inn Express at 5am that morning and without an early check in fee. Never again.

New hotel, open too quickly. We had bathroom issues all weekend. It finally completely flooded the last day. The staff was great about it, but what a hastle.
