Close to everything in Nashville! Centrally located for a convenient $6 Uber ride to anywhere in Downtown. We are also steps from the Gulch. Also nearby is 12 South, Edgehill and the Hillsboro neighborhoods.

The Space:
4 bedrooms each with its own full bathroom. Enough space to sleep 16 comfortably!

This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1500 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. Perfect location, so many beds and have us great options as we had 12 in our party and ages from 27 to 80. Best host. Easy to get a hold of and always checked in with us. Would definitely stay here again oh and the best part ..the rooftop!!!

Enjoyable stay

We had eight of us stay in this location. We loved the layout and location. There were some small things we wish had been addressed to make it a bit nicer. (For instance, one of the toilet paper holders was loose). But all in all, it fit our needs quite well.

High school trip

The property was great for a high school trip. The rooms had enough beds, everyone on the team had their own. The property had a nice walk to the Gulch, and Broadway was just a 30 minute walk. We felt safe the entire time. The best part was the view from the roof.

Party in Nashville

We celebrated a 21st birthday with friends and family. 9 of us stayed here and it was great. Lots of stairs, three levels plus the awesome rooftop. Plenty of room for all. Great location to either walk or scooter or Get a driver (Jay Belk on Facebook) or Uber. Easy walk to Broadway. Would stay in this location again.
