We had a great stay! The house was exactly as described—spacious, beautifully decorated, and spotless. The beds were very comfortable with high-quality linens, which we really appreciated. A huge highlight was the coffee station; it was fully stocked with K-cups, tea, and all the fixings. The kitchen was also well-equipped with plenty of dishes and glassware. The neighborhood felt very safe, and having dedicated parking was a major bonus. Highly recommend!

We very much enjoyed a last minute get away to Nashville. The house was perfect for our needs. We loved the spacious home, and full kitchen was an excellent amenity for us. The host Michael was so prompt and helpful in reaching out to us and sending us a fantastic local itinerary. He also checked in on us while we were there. This house is located within "The Gulch" area of Nashville which is an amazing local vibe, and we walked down daily for drinks, food, shopping etc. The walk to Broadway/Music Row was manageable. We typically took uber back home if late at night. We would definitely stay here again.

Michael is an incredible host with an amazing home! My husband and I were in a last minute situation trying to find somewhere to stay during Thanksgiving week nearby Vanderbilt Hospital and Michael welcomed us with open arms! His home is not pet friendly, but he allowed our dog to stay given our emergency and his compassion and kindness will never be forgotten. It made a hard week much more manageable! I appreciated so much that he trusted us when it came to our dog to care for his home. The house is well stocked with EVERYTHING you could need. It is comfortable (the beds!!!!) and clean and in an awesome location. If/when we return to Nashville in the future we will rent again.

Perfect location to easily tour Music Row, Broadway and surrounding areas. Close to so many cool restaurants, shopping and endless entertainment. This home is welcoming, clean and comfortable. Exceeded our expectations!!!

This property absolutely exceeded our expectations! I was visiting Nashville for a family vacation with my adult boys and their girlfriend/wife. The open concept was perfect for interacting with the family and no one was ever left out of the activities or conversations. The furniture was beautiful and very high quality, and the decorating was absolutely gorgeous. There's a fabulous couch area to hang out in with comfortable, oversized furniture. The bedrooms are all upstairs and are a good size. I was lucky enough to stay in the master suite, and I never wanted to leave. I especially appreciated how solid the house was built. You can't hear a peep when people walk around upstairs or down. While you can walk to various areas in Nashville a 15 Uber might be a better option...especially if you have your boots on. I wanted to move in and never leave. I can't wait to visit again soon!
