Absolutely loved this hotel, perfect condition and nice location. Will definitely stay here again. Parking was a bit tricky as the garage fills up fast and your only other option is to hope to find a street parking spot. In addition, although I paid ahead of time on hotels.com they charged me again for the room. I did check on this before I left and was assured I wouldn’t be charged, however I still was. I did call once I noticed a couple of days after my stay and they did remedy it in a couple of business days!

Darion Birthday weekend

Clean and comfortable rooms. The guests next to our room were a little loud in the hallways and room but it was an SEC Basketball championship weekend and everyone was having fun. Parking was acceptable but don’t drive a tall vehicle due to only having about 6 foot clearance.

I wanted to give five stars. We were thrilled with the space. My teenage daughter and I appreciated having two bedrooms and such a clean cozy space. We slept like babies the first night. Unfortunately the second night there was a family with rambunctious kids above us and it sounded like elephants for hours. The front staff did respond to my complaint when it got late and the family did put the kids down. Might’ve just been bad luck. Maybe put families in the lower floors when possible.

Everything was good except the parking. The hotel says it’s separate from the hotel. Well. Us being seniors and my husband being a disabled veteran we had to use the parking lots way to pay for it by using our phone. Every night we had to pay this. We should have paid only $100 total (50 a day) but they wanted an additional 50 for our last day there. So unfair. We will never come back to Nashville because of this extremely high parking places not just at the hotel but everywhere. Not worth it. This put a damper on our trip.

Loved the Motif

We loved the Motif. It was a 2 bedroom 2 bath unit. It was spotlessly clean and the beds were super comfy. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to get around in. The only negative about our stay was that we paid to park on the garage, but after we came back from our concert, there were no parking spots in the garage or in the street surrounding the hotel. We had to park 3 blocks down on the street. If you stay at Motif, you should be able to get a garage spot if you get in before sundown. If you plan to go to a late dinner or concert, take an Uber. One other issue we had was that our door wouldn’t lock from the outside so anyone could have gone into our room. It did lock from the inside, so we did not feel unsafe in the room.
