My stay at the Quality Inn.

I arrived at The Quality Inn in Nashville, Tn after 3 pm on May 3, 2025, which was check in time. The room wasn’t ready when I arrived. From what I was told by an employee they had been very busy. I’d like to make a recommendation. The bathtub wasn’t equipped so I could place my shampoo & conditioner inside the tub. Also the water was barely warm.

I would recommend this hotel. It was clean and the staff was professional and friendly. The loaction was near the grand ole opry and convention center. There was plenty to do around the area and it is only 20 minutes from downtown. The beds were comfortable would stay here again.

It was okay but you could tell this hotel was used by the not so nice individuals lots of homeless people around.

I was in town for the Metallica concert and most hotels were going for around $300 or more per night in this area. This was about half the price, which made me a little nervous. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but the room was clean and they are making improvements like repainting the pool area. There were no hidden fees and check-in/out was very easy. There is a bar/restaurant next to the second building that had live music until midnight. Not too terribly loud, but they share some parking with the hotel, so a lot of foot traffic in the area. I never had any issues, but definitely made sure to bring in my valuables from the car. Definitely worth the price!

Best thing was the location. Walking distance to the Grand Ole Opry with a nice bbq restaurant next door. Room was updated but still a little worn. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was basic but good. Room was clean. Took 5 minutes to get hot water in the shower. Once hot, it was very hot but suddenly mid-shower it went from hot to freezing and a few minutes later, back to hot. Not fun.

The hotel had an 8/10 but when we entered the room it smelt like weed. The bathroom ceiling in the shower was broken and we could hear people yelling at each other in the other room. Breakfast was okay and staff was nice, but I will unfortunately not be booking here again.
