This seemed to be a fairly new hotel, off the beaten path, but still close to Nashville and it's attractions. The room was one of the biggest and cleanest I've stayed in. Even nicer than a very pricey Marriott I stayed in years ago. Hotel staff were pleasant, and quick to check us in. Our only complaint was a family with 4 young children came in late and the kids were loud and rowdy until after 11pm, but this was not the hotel's fault. EXCELLENT HOTEL!!

The hotel looks new, about half an hour from downtown Nashville. Nice Beaman park nearby. There are also surveillance cameras installed for safety.

Brand New!

Not sure when this hotel opened, but we were thrilled with how clean and safe the non smoking property was. It has the highest ceilings of any hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Highly recommend. I rated lower for service only because the front desk charged us an early check-in fee because we were checking in a few hours prior to check in time. After driving all day and wanting to settle and unpack, we just bit the bullet and paid it which I thought was kind of lame for them to request since the room was available.

Its a brand new property. Everything is new, clean, up to date. Liked the hard floors, no carpet..., walk in showers, no tubs, black out shades, not curtains, good & plentiful breakfast, friendly cheerful staff, reasonable rates.

Late arrival

The room was nice, clean, and comfortable! Location was also perfect for our needs. Check in was rather quick once we arrived. My only complaint is that we were arriving late (after midnight), so I tried calling the hotel to confirm that our booking came through, that our room would be ready, and to let them know of our late arrival. I tried 5 times over 2 hours, with no answer & the line would eventually just hang up. When we got to our room, the AC was completely off, causing the room to be stuffy. It did cool down rather quickly, which was nice.

Very small rooms with little room to walk around. Loud at night. It was clean, which I appreciate. Do not bother with travel insurance when booking here, as the hotel does not honor it. We tried to cancel our room for our return trip a week in advance and were told we couldn’t even though we purchased the insurance.
