Stay away at all costs

This house is an absolute dump and should be bulldozed to the ground. Firstly, it is in an absolutely sketchy, dangerous part of town. Right in the middle of the ghetto. The property itself is wildly unkept. Grass grown up, random junk everywhere, metal fence falling apart out front, etc. It actually blends in quite well with the rest of the neighborhood. Then the house itself inside looks like it had been pieced together with whatever extra lumber and scraps were laying around. Some ceilings you have to duck under, most rooms have no air vents AT ALL, some doorways you can barely squeeze through. It’s like a 4 year old drew up the plans. Next, the central air wasn’t working at all. Which didn’t really matter bc like I said, most rooms literally didn’t have any air vents. The internet was also not working. We alerted the owner and he said he’d have somebody out to fix it. Needless to say, the AC wasn’t fixed for our entire stay. The owner said it wasn’t that big of a deal because it was 70 degrees and raining outside. We asked for a partial refund on our 279 A NIGHT bill. We received 25 dollars back, which we said was unacceptable given the condition of the property relative to the shown pics and the AC and internet not working. The owner then threatened to leave me the guest a bad review when we pressed for more money back. You couldn’t PAY ME 1000 to stay in that house ever again. PS - maybe they’ll leave some thawed out sausage & raw eggs out on the counter again!

Wasn't the best, wasn't the worst

House was really tight and to add very congested with stuff and furniture. A lot of the furniture seemed very unstable which was a little scary. The description said it had two twin bunk beds, that was untrue.... There was only one set of twin bunks. The place says it can accommodate right, but unless you plan to eat out every night, which we could not afford the table only accommodates two and there were no extra chairs or way to extend the table at all. There is a couch pull out bed, but we never did use it as you would have to move the glass top coffee table to pull it out and that thing felt like it weighed three hundred pounds. The bushes at the stairs to get in could use a trimming carrying in stuff was fun without getting plastered in the head a few times. The cleanliness wasn't horrible, but it definitely wasn't the best.... Lots of crumbs and dirt in cupboards near dishes. I didn't need to thankfully, but couldn't find a way to contact the property owner had we needed anything.

Nice house, very musical.

It's a nice house and would be a great place to stay while looking for musical inspiration. It has a piano, several guitars, and other instruments to tinker with. The kitchen is more equipped for a small group, but we made it work (we were 6). It's a corner lot and the neighborhood seemed a little shady, but we had no issues so it's probably fine.

Fantastic spot for a weekend trip

We came for a swim meet right by Vanderbilt University. The location was convenient for us, and the hosts were incredibly accommodating and gracious!! We had an amazing weekend, and will definitely be looking to rebook the next time we have a swim meet in Nashville. I can't recommend it more highly!!

Incredible

We had an absolute blast. The house was perfect for what we needed, more than enough room for us to stretch out. We loved hanging out in the main room together and spent a lot of time on the porch swing when we werent out exploring Nashville. The vicinity to everything we wanted to do was great and so glad there was parking right in front of the house. Overall it was a fabulous stay and we loved every second of it!

Review

Cut short.... no one was comfortable, too hot, not enough beds for 7 Adults. We booked 4 nights could only stay one. Owners were nice and accommodating but house was too crowded with 'stuff' for all of us.
