Everything was very clean. It's nice because you are within walking distance of most everything. A couple of drawbacks were that the bedroom is not completey separated. There is a large space at the top of the wall between the bedroom and the living area where the large doors and window are. The outside light shines in those windows making it seem like early morning all night. Blackout curtains would be a nice addition. Also, there were no extra blankets.

Nice apartment

Very clean and fully functional, just wished it had a queen size bed and not a double. One little thing is the water pressure in the shower that is really bad. 10 minutes walk to Broadway. We had a nice stay and would recommend!

Nightmare checkin and parking app

Check in and parking was the primary problem. It is all done remotely, there is no person on the premises. Shortly before check-in they require you to upload an app in order to access parking. It is rather cumbersome as off multiple sources having to find all this information and then insert it into the app more than once. Then the app was not functional. You’re supposedly assigned a mandatory parking space, but you cannot even read the numbers and have to get out to find the numbers. Then when checking into the building, the signage does not correlate to the instructions. Apparently no person in charge of operating this is ever tried to use it to actually go through the check-in process. The room itself was quite nice, well appointed, clean.

The unit itself was nice. Lots of codes just to get into lobby to open a lockbox to get the fob to open the unit. I was not impressed with the area. I would definitely walk with others in the area. The parking garage spaces were difficult to see and a lot of steps just to get and pay for a parking was quite confusing.

Overall fantastic. The only issue we had was with the parking. It is very difficult to get from the hotel part to the parking part without going outside around the building and taking two elevators. Wonderful location and the property was very clean. Well maintained.
