Exquisite and Enjoyable

We came here on our honeymoon and it was amazingly fantastic. The glass showers are a little out of the ordinary, but at this stage in life why be that shy with the person you sleep with?! The terrace was grand even in January. I enjoy their approach on reduce reuse and recycle; its just a bit odd they chose that as a motto and leave the lights and tvs on all the time. All the staff was friendly, helpful and very approachable.

Nashville Night

Gorgeous hotel. Super friendly staff. Complimentary upgrade. Best nights sleep I’ve had in a long time. Just far enough away from Broadway but close enough that it’s a quick walk to all the restaurants. Just a note is that Valet is $70 a night. That was the only thing that really was a shock when we saw that on our bill. So just be prepared.

The NYE bash was a joke! $250 per person is ridiculous when you have to reserve a table for $2k to sit down. No seating anywhere that wasn’t reserved or outside in the freezing cold. The drink selection for the open bar was awful. Waste of money! 1Kitchen at the hotel was just as bad if not worse, $100 per person for a 5 course meal of foods that I have never heard of before. It was disappointing. And I left starving! I will NOT recommend nor will I ever return to this hotel.

Our first stay, loved the property&courtesy of the staff. I would have given it a five star/excellent except that i think the fees for valet services and amenities are excessively priced and the city scape king view was a view of parking lot. We hope to come back and have another enjoyable experience with you guys. Thanks!
