Classy Country Home but convenient - Minutes to Downtown Franklin/Liepers Fork!

Located perfectly in between Downtown Franklin and Leipers Fork (8 minutes to either) and only 3.5 miles from the Natchez Trace Parkway double arch bridge. Located on one of the most beautiful roads in Williamson County. Think large tracts of land, and 4 board fences (and maybe even a castle disguised as a recording studio!)

This French Country themed Franklin cottage was designed for comfort and convenience. Whether you are coming to make music or memories, this can be your home away from home.

3 full bedrooms (master with king bed and private bath, bedroom 2 with queen, and bedroom 3 with bunk beds and a trundle bed) give plenty of space to sprawl out. Our family and friends seem to congregate to one of 3 places, so we made those extra special.

#1 the kitchen: Extra large, with island seating and a extra long workspace with extra seating. Complete with double ovens, refrigerator, smooth surface cooktop, dishwasher, toaster, Keurig, Vitamix, and a kettle to heat the water for your tea.

#2 the Family Room: also extra large with a super comfy leather sectional from Pottery Barn, extra chairs, a desk in the corner, and a 58" LED TV with a Roku.

#3 is the Back Patio: Covered for comfort, with plenty of seating and a big back yard for a game of catch or to let the kids tire themselves out.

There are more amazing places to eat within a 10 minute drive that you'll need to come back time and again to try them all, but if you want to eat in and have a nice sit down dinner, the formal dining table seats 6.

The property was a nice get away, outside the hustle and bustle of Nashville but close enough to enjoy the local scene. The house was clean and prepared for our stay. The hosts had great communication and the property had all the amenities we needed for a relaxing time.At first we thought we were at the wrong address because the siding had changed since the picture on VRBO, but quickly figured it out that we were at the right property. The ants in the kitchen were a pest, but there were ant traps throughout the house to help reduce the ants. My biggest issue was the glass range hood which protruded into my path so I smacked my head about 20-30 while making meals during our stay. All in all the property was a good find and we enjoyed ourselves and would recommend this property to others who plan to visit the area of Franklin.

Wonderful Stay in Franklin

This country home is a great option for anyone looking to visit the Franklin area. The home and property itself are beautiful, my fiancée and I loved mornings on their back patio drinking coffee. The beds were very comfortable, and the sitting area was a great place to watch the March Madness games. We were in town for a wedding in Franklin, and we were pleased by how easy it was to get into town from the house. There are countless little restaurants and coffee shops in Franklin, it’s a gem of a town and we are excited to visit again. 10/10 highly recommend!

Beautiful & comfortable house

We had a wonderful stay in Franklin. The house was incredibly clean and well appointed. For anyone considering this property, I tried to summarize pros and cons below. Pros: Great communication from the hosts. The kitchen was well stocked; I think it is the nicest kitchen we've encountered in a vacation rental. The couch was surprisingly comfortable and the large dining room table was a great space for working. Also, the water pressure in the shower was tremendous. The house seemed to be in a safe neighbor. Cautions: The house is an older home so the floors are a little uneven in places. There is a slight step when entering the dining area and the living room. (I only make note of this because I injured my ankle the week before our trip.) The bathrooms were well-stocked but the bathtub in the secondary bathroom needs to be reglazed. The enamel coating was chipped away. In the family rooms (kitchen/dining/living room), the only curtains are single layer sheer panels. I noticed this in the pictures but did not realize that the neighbors could see into the living room at night. The first night of our visit, I looked out the window and there was a man standing at the window of the next house. When he pulled his curtains back, I could clearly see into his house and I assume that he had the same clear view into the house we rented. It was disconcerting. Overall, we enjoyed the house and had a lovely visit.
