Stayed at this property because of its excellent location to the Fisher Center at Belmont University for the new Dolly Parton musical premiere. This hotel is a gem: nice rooms, awesome customer service and 24 hr front desk. Thursday evening in the courtyard was a poetry session and Friday evening was a musician along with a complementary local brewery beer tasting opportunity. It’s only about 15 minutes into town for all of the famous Nashville sights and sounds. Great place!

What a great find. We stayed in a four bedroom unit with full kitchen -perfect for a larger family or group. Friendly staff & high-end extras! 12 South is a beautiful area. It was great to walk to get coffee, dinner, or ice cream - not to mention the pretty murals and shopping.

The 12 South neighborhood is a vibrant, fun area that's within walking distance to Belmont University. The Gilmore is beautiful and fits right in. Everything is nice quality and the staff was wonderful.

This location was so quaint and nice. It was easy access to all areas of Nashville, while being away from the noise of broadway. The hotel was very well equipped and all of the amenities were very nice! Just wish they had a washer and dryer.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was super friendly and helpful. One desk clerk remembered my dog’s name and spoke to us every time we came or went . Another offered to carry ice up to the room for me because my hands were full.
