Everything was great, BUT, when you pay that much per night, you expect a very high class, super luxurious experience. That's not it !. It's Clean, it's Urban modern (concerte) design. it's cold and modern. No phone to reception (!!), No door keys (But door keypad where you have to remember your 7 digits code). Other than that, it's clean, great view of the city. Not my cup of tea. It would be an amazing 3* hotel with a 100% score. Not what it pretends to be.

This is our 2nd time staying at this location. Every staff member you come across is very friendly/helpful. The rooms are all very clean & comfortable. Great distance to Broadway. Easy walk but a few blocks away so you don’t hear the noise.

Get ready for the 4:00am garbage truck pick up every day! Shower didn’t work. Terrible parking situation. HORRIBLE experience. Only reason for two stars was the restaurant. Stay somewhere else if you want your sleep.

Everything was outstanding. The staff was also wonderful. The only request they were unable to fulfill was for a late check-out. I asked for an additional hour because of my flight schedule, but they were unable to accommodate that. Aside from that, everything was excellent. The room offered a fantastic view.
