Everything was fine except when I arrived at room in the dark, the main lights wouldn't turn on. I did find a circuit box and found the bad circuit. The same circuit went out in the middle of the night

A little strange not having a front desk but with some patience, check in was a breeze. Room was clean and modern. Hallways smelled of weed but rooms did not. Vending machine has good snacks at a decent price! Amenities included shampoo, conditioner, and body wash so no need to bring your own. There was a hair dryer and coffee maker in the room.

I walked into the room with a swarm of gnats and mosquitoes I checked out 10 minutes after I got into the room. Luckily I got a full refund. It is inconvenient to Downtown Nashville which I was told was walking distance it's actually 1.8 miles to walk. It's not in the best of areas. Would not feel safe walking around that area at night

We really enjoyed our stay! We brought our super well-behaved 11-year-old senior pit mix dog with us, and every thoughtful design detail—from the seamless contactless check-in to the overall layout—helped reduce every bit of stress. The room itself was beautifully neat, spotless, and impressively well-stocked. There were just a couple of very minor home-improvement details to note: the blackout curtain didn’t fully close, and the toilet paper holder had a loose screw, so it was a bit wobbly. They responded so quickly when I told them about it. Other than that, absolutely no notes from me—and I’m super meticulous! Highly recommend for future stayers looking for comfort, convenience, and a truly relaxing experience! We were driving from Virginia.

Clean, nice communal facilities, but room interior seemed very rushed and unintentional (e.g. rubber lining around shower was not trimmed to size, no lamps next to bed only bright overhead light). Never saw any staff, everything was self service. Convenient location to be able to walk into Germantown.

Great location. We went to the Bridgestone arena for a concert and the location was perfect at a very reasonable price. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. The only issue is they need another lamp near the bed. But overall a great stay.

With plans to attend a birthday celebration in the Germantown area, we were looking for a place that was walkable. This place did not disappoint. Not only was it walkable but the amenities on site were quite impressive with a pickleball court, cornhole boards and ping pong tables in the commons area. Our room was modern, clean and spacious and the contactless checkin process was smooth and efficient. Definitely recommend!!

A very cute space with a lot of amenities. Loved that there was free street parking. The mattress was one of those foam ones which I find super uncomfortable, but otherwise, a great experience.
