Great Place to Stay for Weary Travelers

My stay was absolutely amazing. I needed to find a hotel to get off the road during a storm and to rest. It was extremely easy to book the hotel at the last minute and the room and facilities were extremely nice. The hotel was also very accommodating for my pup and i enjoyed how close we were to the city and the interstate. I will definitely book again.

The hotel is in an excellent location downtown Nashville, Tennessee. However, whoever cleaned the room did not do a very good job. The coffee maker still had a used filter in it, and the coffee pot was not clean. The shower had shampoo and conditioner, but no body gel of any kind. How to use tiny bar of soap that was meant for Cleaning the hands

I did not like the hidden charge if $40.00 to park my car, then on the app I could not get the car without leaving a $7 tip. The check-in staff was cold and often mumbled. Something that said $169 all fees covered, ended up costing $270....I could have done that on my own with AAA discount.

Unfortunately at the time we stayed there twice we didn’t have power inside the room. We called the lobby and they said was an issue with the plant. After 30 min or more we left the hotel

it was okay overall i wouldn’t choose this place again unless it was last resort only good part about it was where it was located and the complementary drinks they gave me at check in why i wouldn’t go back is because the rude staff, hot lobby and rooms and the struggle to go in my room each time and what really done it was them giving someone my key to enter the room luckily i had the bolt on the door because at the time someone entered i was naked
