I’ve learned the hard way that booking through Expedia doesn’t always guarantee you the room you want. We requested a king room but ended up with two doubles. This wasn’t the hotel’s fault—it seems more an issue with Expedia not properly holding the reservation.
That said, the hotel staff were absolutely amazing—friendly, kind, and attentive. Anything we needed, they took care of promptly. They even handled a tricky situation with another guest who seemed to forget they were sharing a space with others, which was impressive and showed great professionalism.
One of the best perks is the included access to the Atlantis water park — my son and husband had an absolute blast there. It was definitely a highlight of our trip.
