O hotel é super agradável, a comida maravilhosa, o serviço/atendimento é impecável… desde a recepção ao atendimento no restaurante, ao professor Scooby de hidroginástica, a equipe da limpeza! Vim de fora do país para uma cirurgia e com certeza, me senti em casa! Muito obrigada a todos pela excelente estadia e hospitalidade!!! Com certeza retornarei

Felizmente não estamos com sintomas da Covid-19...

O hotel não esta preparado para pandemia. Os apartamentos tem área comum aberta e, o hotel esta colocando hospedes em apartamentos lado a lado. O primeiro que nos colocaram tinha um fumante ao lado. O sujeito foi fumar fora do quarto e era como se estivesse fumando dentro do nosso quarto. Reclamamos do afastamento mínimo e, nos disseram que a parede seria suficiente. Só que os apartamentos não tem paredes separando a área comum. Nos colocaram em outro apto, também, com hospedes ao lado. Detalhe: o hotel não estava lotado. O restaurante funciona com autosserviço, o que e inadequado em tempos de pandemia. Para piorar as ilhas de alimentos estão todas lado a lado e nenhum funcionário para orientar o afastamento necessário, que os hospedes, muito mal educados por sinal, não respeitam. Só um exemplo: no café da manha são oferecidas três bebidas. Todas em um mesmo canto do restaurante ao lado da entrada da cozinha. Claro que pessoas conscientes esperariam a sua vez afastadas, mas não e o caso. Por vezes tinham três pessoas servindo-se de bebidas e os garçons passando, tudo num espaço de 1 metro quadrado.

Pra quem bebe muita água é bom levar a sua ... Não tem água nos corredores ( não sei se é obrigação do hotel) um copinho de água custa o valor de 7,00. No quarto que fiquei tem poucas tomadas... Não encontrei tomada próxima a cama e as únicas que encontrei foram por trás da TV e na parede do banheiro. Tirando essas coisas a hospedagem é ótima... Um hotel lindo e um atendimento muito bom dia funcionários.

O hotel e bem bonito ! A area de lazer ótima e limpa ! Porem a comida não e boa , café da manhã nota 2 os quartos as camas precisam de manutenções! Na verdade o hotel precisa de manutenção! Não recomendo ele e bem longe de ser um resort

Piscina aquecida, quarda sol

Foi muito boa, o atendimento foi excelente, a estrutura é boa, o cenário é muito bonito, porém, senti muita falta de uma piscina aquecida (tipo caldas novas - GO) e de guarda sol na praia, pra mim esses dois fatores de certa forma pode ser muito determinante em uma próxima estadia.

Passamos o final semana no hotel e fomos com uma boa expectativa, mas vimos que por causa de alguns fatores a hospedagem poderia ter sido bem melhor. O hotel tem uma boa infraestrutura, mas carece de manutenção periódica para deixar inteiro, desde pinturas, reparos em jardins, organização das mesas nas piscinas, limpeza durante o dia, falta de sombrinhas para usar na área da praia. O café da manhã é mediano, com itens básicos mas com bom sabor. Pessoal da recepção é ágil e atencioso. Funciona 24h. Ficamos na ala Muriú, que fica bem próxima da recepção e possui quartos simples. O hotel é pé na areia, com algumas alas bem próximas a areia e com vista para o mar. Tem várias piscinas. Possui estacionamento gratuito. Possui opções de tira gosto no kilo (R$ 99,99). Possui recreador para os pequenos.

Nao gostei das instalações. Pareceu a mim tudo muito velho e sem cuidados. O serviço de garçom na area de piscina foi bem ruim...ou mehor, INEXISTENTE , pois tinhamos que nos deslocar ate o bar para conseguir bebidas e petiscos...PESSIMO
