Great price and location. There is no reception and there are TWO Lliv locations on the same street (one behind the restaurant camarões and the other opposite Mangai) so entrance can be confusing. The room is also very simple - no soap or shampoo and the sheet is so small it doesn’t cover the mattress. There is wifi and a tv. My suggestion to the owners is to buy fitted sheets to at least cover the mattress for your guests. Apart from that, an affordable option for staying in Natal and right by a good restaurant!

Adorei a estadia, porém gostaria de deixar alguns pontos importantes. Pelas fotos, o quarto aparenta ser bem espaçoso, com cozinha e estrutura confortável para três pessoas, mas na prática o quarto é bem pequeno. Mesmo sendo reservado para três hóspedes, o espaço não comporta bem essa quantidade. No final, acabei ficando em um quarto destinado a pessoas com deficiência. Ao questionar a troca, fui informado de que isso estava descrito no anúncio, porém em letras muito pequenas, o que acabou passando despercebido. Sinceramente, jamais imaginei que aquele seria o quarto reservado. As fotos realmente induzem a uma percepção diferente da realidade. Cheguei a reclamar, mas infelizmente não houve mudança de quarto, o que me deixou um pouco chateado. Por isso, deixo o alerta para que futuros hóspedes tenham atenção redobrada: o quarto não é exatamente como parece nas fotos. Tirando esse ponto, a experiência foi muito boa. As funcionárias responsáveis pela arrumação dos quartos são maravilhosas, extremamente educadas, cuidadosas e acolhedoras — verdadeiros amores. Me senti muito em casa com elas. A localização também é perfeita. No geral, foi uma boa estadia, mas esse detalhe do quarto precisa de mais clareza no anúncio.”

A comunicação com o hotel é muito lenta, demoram muito para responder. Reservei um quarto quádruplo, mas ele não comporta 4 pessoas no quarto. O café da manhã parece mais um lanche, pouca quantidade, pouca variedade. Péssimo.

O quarto é pequeno mas confortável, com boa relação custo/benefício e ótima localização. O problema é que o hotel é pequeno, com os quartos situados muito próximos uns dos outros e a falta de educação de hóspedes barulhentos impede uma boa noite de sono. Tragam protetores de ouvidos!

O quarto estava extremamente limpo e cheiroso, assim como as roupas de cama e banho. A localização do hotel é excelente, próximo a restaurantes, a poucos metros de um mercadinho e a do calçadão da via costeira, onde muitas pessoas caminham/correm, andam de bicicleta (tem lugar para alugar bem perto), entre outras atividades, ideal para quem também gosta de praticar atividades físicas ao ar livre. Estive no hotel para relaxar um pouco, já resido em Natal, e atendeu totalmente às minhas expectativas nesse sentido.

Muito bom!

Foi muito boa. Bem localizada, confortável e segura. Cozinha bem equipada com tudo disponível para os hóspedes utilizar. Único ponto negativo, foi que que ficamos 3 dias e não teve limpeza de banheiro e retirada de lixo. Ah, não tem lixeira no quarto. No mais, tudo perfeito.
