Great apartment right in center or puerto balatas town , 5-10 min walk to supermarkets, shops and restaurants. Apartment is clean and they provide room service every day, full kitchen , heat, and comfortable bed rooms all included , host very easy to communicate with . Highly recommended place to stay while visiting puerto natales

the apartment had everything we needed and it’s within an easy walking distance of the city centre. The people managing the place are amazing—supportive and genuinely caring—which was the highlight of our booking. I accidentally left my fancy multi charger/adapter in the unit, and they called straight away and organised pickup, which I really appreciated. Everything was great, especially considering the price. My only suggestion would be to replace the current beautiful blind with something that blocks out light better, as it doesn’t fully prevent light from coming through.

Note there is no onsite reception. We arrived late and had to call and wait for a while. When the hotel manager arrived it was apparent that the room we booked was let to another party. She quickly transferred us to another hotel property and this allowed us to rest in a room.

It is a new property. There is construction still going on in adjacent units. The apartment was warm and cozy, perfect for winter. Hot water supply was very good. It is located a short walk from the main shopping street and the bus station. Everything we needed was within walking distance including some nice restaurants, the waterfront and the artisan market.

A very nice and convenient apartment at an affordable price. It’s an 8-minute walk to the bus station and just 5 minutes to our travel agent’s office. The restaurants and downtown area are about 15 minutes away. The owner is friendly and communicates through WhatsApp. The apartment accommodates up to 4 people and includes a kitchen and a washing machine. We were very happy with our stay.

This is a nice modern apartment. The check-in instructions were prompt and helpful. There was no contact with the owner and the way everything was set up, there was no need to meet anyone. The place looks pretty new. It is close to the bus terminal. The rooms, beds, linen, and towels were clean. The laundry machine was definitely a bonus. Everything wasn’t perfect though, and the shower setup is such that the water spills over, and the hinged glass shield is ineffective. I feel a shower curtain or some other floor to ceiling shield would work better. You shouldn’t have to mop the floor after taking a shower. Some blinds worked and others did not overlap properly, and being on the ground floor, we had concerns with privacy. These issues can be easily fixed, for a five star rating.
