I wish the water got hotter for showers; not sure if it was the time of day or a particular situation. But my evening shower was only Luke warm. At least there are towel warmers; nice touch,

This has been our favourite place to stay so far. We stayed 2 nights before the W Trek and 2 nights after - they store your bags for free during the trek if you stay with them on your return. The beds are really comfortable, showers are hot and have great water pressure, the radiators and new double glazed windows keep the rooms warm. Good continental breakfast included. Everything was great. Thank you for your hospitality!

Great all in all, specially the receptionist, Valeria, who really was here to help. Thank you so much, Valeria!! Only note, we couldn’t find the remote control, silly, I know. But that’s why they didn’t get the 5 🌟 Anyway, I didn’t come here for the telly. Highly recommended.

Wonderful night after returning late from W hike. Staff was wonderful and helpful. Made a bag of ice for my sore knee. The shower was excellent, the bed comfortable and the room quiet. A taxi was called for us in the am. Breakfast was perfect. Price was reasonable and just a few blocks from bus station. Would highly recommend.
