Everything was terrific, gave 4 stars because it is very noisy. When you allow guests to gather and have fun well after 10 PM, it kept us up. Perhaps the upstairs seating area (which is very nice and an asset) could have a “closed” at 10:00 pm in consideration to the room adjacent.

The hotel is very nice .We stayed for 2 nights before going for a w trek to torres del pained and came back after 4 days .They gave the same room that we have . The hotel is family owned and more personalized and i highly recommend it .Alexis and Jeselle were so nice at the front desk and speaks welll english . Their breakfast is delicious and the rooms are well kept and clean . We have a good experience !!! They have a dog named “Negrito “ a black labrador and geta our leftover from dinner everytime!!! I love thia hotel!

Very friendly staff, centrally located to everything. Great spot in transit to/from Torres del Paine. Late arrivals, early departures are no problema. Many late dinners available within a minute or two walk, such as Afrigonia.

The staff were all brilliant, the area is great and has lots of restaurant options. They provided luggage storage while we did the W and even allowed for earlier breakfast when we needed to leave at 5:30. The rooms were clean and super cosy to come back to after a rainy day.

Easy stay in Puerto Natales

Service was excellent. We were able to store bags while hiking the W trek, they packed a breakfast “to go”. However, rooms were small. There was a common sitting room that was nice. Cab fare to the bus depot was 2,000 pesos or about $2 USD.

My wife and I chose to stay at Aquaterra twice because we liked the reviews and the costs. We are glad we did. The location is great, the staff is wonderful, and the breakfast was a solid start to the day. The check in process was easy and the bed was super comfy. The restroom was nice for two people and there was a nice sitting area outside the rooms. The staff was very resourceful and very helpful with all our needs. We would recommend staying at the Aquaterra if you are ever in Puerto Natales. Great stay, great memories.
