Rivers Edge is a unique home set against a hill side over looking the San Juan river. The South Western views off of our private deck and the sunsets you will experience cannot be replaced, but become a memory. Our home offers you a spacious environment with comfortable accommodations to meet your families every need. Navajo State Park is but 10 miles away and offers boating and sport fishing. Our location is perfect for daily travels to special historic areas. Please look at the map to locate surrounding sites you may want to visit.

The house is very accommodating for everyone. Beautiful views with a wraparound porch with plenty of seating to sit outside and enjoy the view. Has all the amenities you would need to use kitchen. We appreciated the cable tv also.

We initially booked this property because pets were welcomed. The owner snuck in "no pets allowed in the agreement" after it was booked. The place had cigarette butts scattered around and cobwebs in multiple corners, dog poop that did not belong to our pup showing poor cleaning standards. We also had to bring our two children (4 and 5 years old) last minute after previous arrangement feel through. Inwich a fee was tacked on in the end. Things got even worse when we returned after check-out to pick up our second car (we had taken our boat back first). The cleaning staff and/or owner became extremely aggressive and rude. They blocked our vehicle in, cursed at us, and called us names. All for simply trying to retrieve our vehicle 20 minutes after check out. We were completely out of the house. The hostility was shocking and completely uncalled for. We were also charge more fees for basic things that were considered to covered under the cleaning fee that we had already paid. I would not recommend staying here based on the condition of the property and the unacceptable behavior we experienced.
