This two bedroom townhouse is located on the sandy white beaches of Navarre Beach. Athough our unit is not directly on the water, the gulf is just a short walk away. Come enjoy the laid back and quiet atmosphere of Sugar Beach Condominiums gulf front complex. Our townhome features two bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and can comfortably sleep 6 guests. The heated pool (open year round but heated March through November) is located just a few steps outside our front door and our townhome is a short walk to the private beach access. We have everything you need for a relaxing getaway!

We also have another unit in this condominium (782452) if your family wants multiple units in the same complex.
Make yourself comfortable in your air-conditioned vacation home, featuring a refrigerator and a microwave. There's a private patio. The bathroom has a shower and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a coffee/tea maker and a washing machine.

Steps Away From Paradise

This is my 2nd time staying in this condo! It is clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a week's stay! It is steps away from the beautiful gulf! The owner was quick to answer questions and even had the condo ready for our earlier arrival time! We loved our stay!!

This property is a quiet little townhome. It is close to the pier and in walking distance to a couple restaurants if you don’t want to drive. The complex is nice. I loved having the wash off at the townhouse instead of at the walk over. This way you didn’t have to track sand back from across the parking lot. If you pass on this place because it isn’t as “fancy” as some of the newer places you are definitely missing out. When I come to the beach I don’t come because a place is decorated a certain way or has new fixtures etc. (not saying this townhouse wasn’t decorated nicely) When I walk in I want it to be clean smelling & looking, no visible signs of uncleanliness. This place absolutely meets all that & more!! It was homey. If I had to complain about anything it would be that I ran out of hot water too quickly! (but I take a hot shower- and we ran both showers at one time) We will be back when we choose to come without our RV & stay on the beach.

This townhouse was perfect for the four of us! It was spacious and the beds were really comfortable! It was well stocked- lots of towels and the kitchen had everything we needed! We even grilled out a couple of nights! The beach is just a short walk and the pool was beautiful!

Property not kept up for the price. You are being charged for “COVID” cleaning (for the property management to make more money) and it’s not clean!! The return air conditioner vent was very filthy and the “master bedroom” fan speed high was a maybe a low speed on an up to date fan. Master bathroom shower curtain had mildew on it, the window curtain panels in the master bedroom needed to have at least two more over the window to help block the evening sun since the fan didn’t help keep the heat down. Just very uncomfortable trying to sleep. Mold in the kitchen cabinet above the stove / vent hood. The vent hood did not have light bulbs in it and was very dirty and rusty as well. Most of the light fixtures were missing light bulbs. Stated there was an ironing board but no ironing board when we were getting ready to have family photos made we had to iron clothes on the floor. The house wasn’t technically clean when we arrived the tile in the entrance was full of sand and when I bent over to pick something up for my one year old in front of the television there was dust bunnies all under the television cabinet. I had to clean the both showers before my children could shower thank goodness I packed pinesol. The refrigerator ice maker wasn’t hooked into the water line and I didn’t know that until the next morning when I was getting ready to go down to the beach and we didn’t have any ice. The kitchen isn’t fully stocked with utensils or cookware / bakeware. All in all I would not recommend this property to my enemy until it was updated and had some TLC at least not for the price!!!!
