This makes it a perfect vacation spot for visitors looking for a quiet getaway. It is a 5-minute walk to the beach, and it is conveniently located close to many of the area’s natural amenities.

Please note the following requirements to complete your reservation:
Government-issued photo identification is required at check-in.
Guests must review and sign the single-page Rental Agreement at check-in. This document outlines the house rules, check-in and check-out procedures, and helps ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for both parties.
Minimum age to book is 21 years old.

Check-in time: Typically Between 3:00 and 5:00pm.
Check-out time: 10:00am. These times are strictly enforced to allow for preparation of our next arrival. All guests and belongings must be out of the unit as housekeeping arrives promptly to prepare for the next guests. Late departures must be authorized by ECG and are not permitted in the summer months.
Property is self-catering. Only starter supplies provided.

CANCELLATIONS POLICIES
Holiday reservations are non-refundable, Blue Angels, 4th of July, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, Thanksgiving, and Memorial Day. Bad weather is Non-refundable.
Hurricane Policy: REFUNDS GIVEN when a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued.

TRAVEL INSURANCE is optional, but we strongly recommend it. In case of any unforeseen events, this insurance helps protect your vacation investment.

Your cell phone number should be made available at the time of booking.
All check-in information will be texted with the number provided on the day of arrival.

Donna, the property manager, will be available day and evening, throughout your stay, for any questions, needs, or recommendations. You will be able to contact her directly.

Amazing Stay—Steps from the Beach!

We had an amazing stay at this beach condo! The unit was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The kitchen was well-stocked, the beds were very comfortable.The location was fantastic—just steps from the beach and close to great restaurants and shops. We also loved the pool on the property.The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in a breeze. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful beach escape!

The property was good overall. We all wound up getting sick and not sure if it was related to the condo with allergy/sinus issues. Donna was very responsive and helpful. She was quick to respond with questions or concerns and even let us know about the Blue Angels.

Perfect Little Condo

The condo was adorable! Well stocked and beautifully decorated. The perfect size for a small family or group. The bed was so comfortable. The complex was very nice and just a short walk to the beach. The pool was great! Its also located right by the pier and all the good restaurants! Donna is wonderful and only a quick text away. We will definitely stay here again!

The condo is in a great location for getting to the beach. Donna’s communication was above average, she was very responsive. The condo itself does not have any views, the patio is small but just over looks the parking lot. Condo complex was a bit noisy with neighbors above and next door, but family friendly with no late night parties. Pool is very small, but good for a dip at the end of the day. Private-ish beach access on the sound side is nice with calm shallow spots to swim with kiddos. Condo was well used, but clean enough. Fine for a weekend or few night stay, would t rent again for a week as it was pretty small for all four of us for that much time.

Very good condo situated directly across the street from the Gulf! Very clean. Only negative is the queen bed could use a new mattress or at the least a new mattress topper. It was very uncomfortable.

Quick fall getaway

This condo was everything it claimed to be! Very clean and comfortable! My husband and I loved having separate bathrooms! The location to the beach was great. Just walked across the highway and there you were! No sand in your car! We will be back!

Great fall break getaway

We had a great time at this cute little condo. The short walk across the street to the beach was awesome. There is also some parking spots right at the beach access if you wanted to drive. The pool was very clean and very easy to access. Perfect for a dip after the beach. The condo is older but very clean and had all the necessities needed. The bunk beds were perfect for our 10 yr old twins. The living room area is very small and not set up for comfy night time tv watching. The bedroom mattress is a very firm foam like mattress that was not comfortable the first night so we went to the store and bought a feather mattress topper to use and it made a lot of difference! Having 2 bathrooms is also nice so the kids never had to wait for one. Outside of the firm mattress, the only other negative is being on the first floor you hear EVERYTHING above you. Whoever checked in after we arrived was very loud, walked around constantly day and night. Of course that is out of the owners control but it made it hard to sleep with constant walking and loud noises all hours of the day and night. Overall, we loved this little place and will definitely consider on our next visit. Donna was great to communicate with and very helpful. She even gave us a very reasonable rate to add a day on the front side of our stay. Due to the impending hurricane we wanted to get there earlier to enjoy some nice weather before the storm. It worked out perfectly.

Amazing stay!

Overall very impressed during our stay! Ms. Donna was very nice, provided all necessary info well before we arrived, and always responded much quicker than I could. Checking in was easy and convenient (which was great given we were traveling with the kids and coming in from several hours away), there was a nice packet with recommendations that we used immediately, the condo is nicely decorated (our typically unimpressed pre-teen daughter said it was "actually REALLY nice" and our son was very impressed with the built-in bunk beds), and all the rooms were clean and so organized which I very much appreciated! Location is great, close to everything we needed while we were there. We would absolutely come back if we were ever in the area again and would fully recommend it to others!!

Very Accommodating

Quiet stay and area. Great AC, clean condo, close to parking, but not noise at all. Close to the bay and beach. Easy walking access to both. Very close to the bridge, a few restaurants, and convenient store. We had a minor issue, but management and owners went out of their way, above and beyond, to resolve very quickly. Having open and personable communication with the management who sincerely wanted us to enjoy our stay was a nice change from other places we’ve stayed in the past.

Great condo

We were very excited to see that the condo looked just like the pictures on internet. Donna was wonderful in letting us know about the Blue Angels flying over. The only thing I would say is the door to the shower in the hallway bathroom was very hard to open but that definitely would not keep us from staying there again. It was super clean and decorated very cute. We loved the location.
