The unit was very clean. The dishwasher smelled like something died in it and would not work. The water filter pitcher would not filter water. The master bath pipes made a very loud knocking noise when the water was on or the toilet was flushed. The door lock system was easy to use. The code was delivered late and I had to call customer service to get the code resent. Early and late check-in and check out would a very nice option for a much lower price. 11 am is standard checkout time, it'd at least be nice to move it to 11 instead of 10. Early check-in would be nice as well, 4 PM is very late in the day, especially, is you travelled all morning to get there. It'd be nice to freshen up before 4PM. It'd also be nice if the property would be a little more accommodating to the guests with flexibility. We pay a lot of money to stay at the property.
