Loved staying at Kymata hotel! They are a family hotel, and we felt welcomed and at home right away. They were all so lovely to our toddler, and despite the language barrier their care and consideration for children and guests came through in every gesture. We had beautiful views from the balcony, and really enjoyed watching the sunset from there. Great location, close to the old town, restaurants, and a child-friendly beach. Highly recommend staying here!

There’s nothing that we didn’t like. The overall stay at Kymata was extraordinary. The establishment was well kept, clean, comfortable and quiet. We felt very much at home because of the people within because of their hospitality and friendliness. All places that we went were a good walking distance. On a scale of 1-10…..We rate it 9.5. It’s highly recommended for those travel to this area.

One of the best things in Naxos. This family-owned hotel was a home away from home. It’s like visiting my relatives. They’re so welcoming and kind; I really felt genuinely welcomed! The hotel itself is in a great location a few minutes from the beach and the old town. My husband and I stayed on the third floor and our view of the sea and the city was incredible!!! We will definitely be coming back! Thank you Popi and the family for such a wonderful experience!!!!!

Excellent hotel, even better hosts

Favorite hotel on entire Greece trip. Extremely nice hosts, beautiful hotel, excellent and widely varied breakfast (which was especially good for a family of four). Highly recommend. Just off the beaten path so was quiet but a short walk from the port area (might be worth a cab in hot weather but we managed it with luggage in spring-time temperatures.) Loved the hosts.

This property is excellent we were there from May 12 to 17 /2025 The family owners extremely nice ,friendly and helpful i felt like home in there they very welcoming, front desk all helpful and friendly, breakfast was very delicious I Loved Loved staying there and walkable to the port and all restaurants and shops , markets I give 10/10 for Kymata hotel

We found bedbugs in our room. The staff was difficult to communicate with about the situation with and only gave us a 20€ « compensation » for downgrading our room (which we had to push/insist on +++) though ultimately refused to refund us at least 1-night, even went we went through Expedia customer service. I would not stay here again nor recommend it to anyone.

The hotel staff was very kind and friendly. They made us feel like we were part of the family. The breakfast buffet was filled with fresh, homemade dishes every morning. The rooms were cleaned daily and the location was great. I highly recommend Hotel Kymata!

Exceptional, welcoming family hotel

Lovely small family run hotel, warm welcome on arrival, spotlessly clean throughout. Central location for Old Town/Harbour and St George’s Beach areas, 2 mins to beach, 10mins to Old Town. Nice breakfast of meats, cheeses, eggs and savoury pastries plus sweet pastries/cakes. Exceptionally good value, would definitely book again.

This is a very cute, and beautiful hotel. This hotel is run by the nicest family that truly make you feel like you’re a part of it. The location is great… very close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. We will recommend this hotel to everyone heading to Naxos!
