Santo Concept Luxury Villas was created to meet all your needs during your summer vacation.
Four years ago three brothers had the idea to create an accommodation in which the visitor feels at home and at the same time has direct contact with nature to enjoy the tranquility and luxury!
The idea was implemented keeping the Greek traditional hospitality and in lining of the Cycladic style!
The space
Entering the ground floor of the villa you face the living room together with the kitchen decorated with retro details, there is a sofa which can accommodate a person up to 12 years old, going inside we find a bedroom which accommodates 2 people and a bathroom! Going upstairs there is another bedroom and a bathroom that can accommodate 2 more people! In addition there is a large terrace on the ground floor where one can enjoy one’s meal, and another terrace on the first floor with unrestricted sea views and hot tub!

The outdoor jacuzzi offers spectural views to Agia Anna, Plaka beach and moments of serenity and relaxation.

Beautiful and relaxing stay for family of 5

This is a new home located about 12-15 min walk from downtown. It is super clean and well cared for. The AC works well, the pool and hot tub are amazing additions! I could sit by the pool and outdoor dining area all day! From upstairs balcony/hot tub you can see the sea! Bedding and towels are nice and replaced every other day, laundry is offered for free, cleaning is daily! The owner is so kind and met us with welcome gifts to help us settle in after a long journey, very thoughtful. One thing I would have improved was not having the pool attended to/cleaned and maintained every day (several times a day) while i was trying to sit out an enjoy the patio/pool. I was caught off guard the first day and was wearing just a nightgown so it was slightly embarrassing. Maybe just a warning would have been nice, but I absolutely appreciated it being clean and functioning so well!

Gorgeous and Modern

The property was beautiful with a private pool and jacuzzi. Many amenities and not far to town. It was located in an olive tree orchard which gave it such a true Greek island feel! Highly recommend!
