The house is located in the central square of the historical village "Kynidaros," renowned for its festivities and vibrant atmosphere, and recently for its good food. It is situated on the first floor of a duplex house that can comfortably accommodate 5 people on the main floor and the lower floor. The total capacity is 7 people.

The main floor features a private balcony (with a small safety door for children) overlooking traditional village houses in the classic Cycladic style, a living room combined with a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a master bedroom, and a separate sitting area where the sofa can be converted into a bed and there is space for luggage storage. Both the bedroom and the sitting area have a balcony with a view of the mountain and the central square, where locals gather and children from the village often play. With the exception of the kitchen and the living room, all rooms on the main floor can be isolated with intermediate doors.
An internal spiral staircase connects the main floor with the lower floor, which comprises a single bedroom, ample storage space for luggage, a master bedroom with a double bed, storage areas, and a private bathroom. The two bedrooms on the lower floor are separated by an intermediate door.
It is ideal for those who want to experience the island as locals do, as the village attracts loyal visitors, has many permanent residents, and a lively atmosphere throughout the year. It is also suitable for those who wish to combine work and vacation in a space that is centrally located yet offers privacy. However, it is not recommended for those seeking absolute tranquility and seclusion.
A few meters from the house, you will find the "Dryades" forest, ideal for morning walks, as well as some trails that connect the village to other nearby mountainous villages.
