From Ahmed and Raid on the front desk to Fady (booking staff) and George in the Executive club, everyone was truly focused on helping us in the most professional way. The Club made a big difference - a quiet place with free food and drink is so useful and delightful, especially in the morning. We have travelled the world and quite tough to please, but I recommend this hotel as the ONLY one to stay at in Malta... we visited the others, avoid them. Dragonara was clean, well staffed, well equipped and an oasis of professionalism and clam.
