Good location for Amboise and surrounding towns etc.

The house had everything you could ask for, you name it, it was there.Quiet position behind a large walled garden, entrance by electric operated gates. The terrace is a sun trap. Very well located for surrounding districts of the Loire Valley, just 5 minute drive to Amboise which is a lovely town to visit.

Beautiful house and location

We've stayed in a lot of vacation rentals, and this is one of our favorites. The property has a main house (no one was there when we were staying), this small house with it's own patio and garden, and then an orangery and an old house built into the cliffs (can't go in them but interesting). The kitchen was lovely and well-equipped. Upstairs is a large bedroom (comfortable bed) and bathroom. The patio was our favorite part of the rental both for relaxing and eating. I don't think there are any stores within walking distance, but a large supermarket is close by plus all the smaller shops in Amboise. We like walking around the neighborhood in the evening to look at houses and gardens. It's a great base for exploring the Loire Valley. We wished that we had stayed at least one more night and would love to come back.

Loved this place!

Beautiful, clean, private, quiet, and centrally located for visiting the sites in the Loire Valley. Really friendly and helpful management and owners. Would stay here again in a hearbeat!

Mooi huisje als bijgebouw van een groot landhuis. Eigenaren zeer aimabel.Fantastische fietsroutes langs de rivieren, Loire, Cher en Indre.Prachtige dorpen en steden op fietsafstand. Met name Amboise zéér aanbevelenswaardig.Kortom, wij hebben hier een zeer goed verblijf gehad.

Wir haben sieben sehr schöne Tage im Pavillon de Tourelles verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung ist ein Teil eines Herrenhauses und hat dadurch einen ganz besonderen Flair. Alles hat ganz unklompiziert geklappt. Besonders herzlich wurden wir auch von dem Eigentümer begrüßt. Merci beaucoup. Die Wohnung liegt ganz in der Nähe von Amboise und ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für die Entdeckung der Städte und Schlösser. Sehr zentral, aber dennoch ruhig.

Prachtig huisje op een mooie locatie dichtbij Amboise/Tours

Het huisje was bijzonder schoon en netjes. De inventaris is volledig, en het huisje is ingericht met mooie authentieke meubels. Het bed, een boxspring, slaapt goed. Alexandre en Pauline zijn op een prettige manier betrokken, en dat geldt ook voor de eigenaren. Ook is er een zeer uitgebreid boek met restaurant tips, mooie wijngaarden, en informatie over het huisje. De locatie van het huisje is heel gunstig. Het ligt vlakbij Amboise, aan een weg met mooie landhuizen/kastelen. Echt een aanrader! Douze points!

This beautiful 17th century house is a wonderful place to visit the most beautiful castles in the area. The house itself is fully equipped and exceeded expectations. Location bien située, très peu de distance pour visiter les multiples lieux historiques d'Amboise. Une semaine de vacances, une visite par jour à moins de 15 kms. Maison charmante, propre, fonctionnelle. Calme environnant, agréable pause l'après-midi sur les transats dans le jardin. Bon accueil. Très bien !

Balade en amoureux

Beau week-end dans ce gite. Gite agréable, tout récemment rénové, tout l'électroménager est neuf, avec des meubles anciens. Une belle terrasse à l'ombre le soir. Une climatisation efficace et bien agréable par ce temps.
