If you are looking for a vacation getaway w/ water access close to everything fun, you have found the place! This cozy 2 bedroom cabin sleeps 5 & sits on a huge lot extending to Lake Arbutus . It has ATV/UTV access, & is 1 mi. to the Riviera Resort & Tiki Bar. After a fun filled day on the water you can dock your boat & enjoy a beautifully maintained spacious riverfront to gather around a campfire w/ family & friends.
The space
This adorable open concept cabin is about 1000 square feet w/ 2 bedrooms & half bath. There is front deck off the living space and even has an outdoor shower. The kitchen & bath are fully furnished w/ everything you need and more!

Everything is accessible to you accept the outdoor buildings and personal property near the outbuildings.

The potential for fun is endless, right on the ATV/UTV trail and just up the road from the Tiki Bar & Riviera Supper Club & Pub and Grill! It is split by a road to add privacy with plenty of additional space for trailers so you can unload & Hit the trails!

Quiet, quaint and piecefull

I was looking for something small, affordable, comfortabe and location and was a perfict hit on all fronts. Will i go back again, yes. Will i stay in this unit, most certainally.
