Good value for money & location. The complex is looking a little tired & could definitely be cleaner, but we were grateful for the stay and will come again!

The shower drain had an issue and water would back up while showering, so I reported it to reception. They advised they would send maintenance, which they did, however they used a chemical with a very strong and unpleasant smell. I raised this again with reception and had to request that we be relocated, which was eventually arranged. I would have expected the hotel to offer a room change before carrying out maintenance, rather than us needing to ask. The breakfast was also disappointing. The quality was poor, with mostly frozen pastries and very limited variety. The cooked breakfast was overly oily and had a noticeable smell of burnt oil.

The room was very nice The hostess was there to meet us and showed me to the room and parking, Also where it would be nice to go for our evening dinner,

Monica, Thank you for making our family getaway a little special. Very relaxing environment with spotless facilities. Accommodation is well maintained. The surrounding gardens & pool were relaxing allowing all of us to decompress from the hectic city life. This location is very family friendly and a great location to explore the rest of Magnetic Island.
