Private: large, well-kept garden 1'000 m2 with lawn. Steep motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Shop 1 km, restaurant 400 m, bus stop "Haute-Nendaz, bif. Le Déserteur" 1 km, railway station "Sion" 17.2 km. Golf course (18 hole) 18 km, tennis 1 km, gondola lift 1 km, slopes 100 m, ice rink 1 km. Please note: not suitable for small children.
