Shop 800 m, 7 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Haute-Nendaz, station/poste" 1 km, railway station "Sion" 16.3 km, outdoor swimming pool 400 m. Golf course (18 hole) 18 km, tennis 400 m, gondola lift 1 km, ski bus stop 300 m, ice rink 700 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Tracouet Nendaz 4 Vallées 1 km. Please note: The owner does not accept any youth groups. Ski bus (free of charge). Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
