Excellent hotel. A hop skip and a jump from the ferry so it’s really easy to get there with your luggage. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Best service ever! Breakfast was delicious and fresh. Rooms were clean. We had a sea view room and it was lovely to wake up and open the windows to hear the harbour buzz. Fabulous location, beaches were great if not a bit pricey to rent a bed and parasol. Highly recommend this hotel.

Loved the Riva. Staff was so welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Room a tad small, but that doesn’t matter given the room was spotless, beautiful, and so comfortable. The hotel is in a perfect location and has everything you need. Amazing breakfast (included in stay), and all day drinking / dining at the outdoor eating area is wonderful. Highly recommend

My overall opinion is that this hotel was overpriced for what it offers. Importantly, if you have a rental car there is no where to park and it quite confusing with the driving directions. we had to park ten minutes away. There is no great place to drop off your bags so also had to roll our suitcases along this route. The room was very small, the bathroom layout is weird with the way the shower door and bathroom door opened, there is only one hook in the bathroom for a single towel. The housekeeping opened our door without knocking on our last morning in the hotel at 830am despite our “do not disturb” hanging on the door outside. There are no real hotel amenities. There is a sister hotel a five minute walk away that has a terrace and bar and indoor pool which can be used. The service was fine however on check in the person was new and could not answer many questions. The location of the hotel is central which was a plus. There is free breakfast with a full menu and the restaurant had good service. Overall for what we paid I was unimpressed and would not recommend this hotel and quite frankly am surprised by its high rating on this site.

Exceptional location and classy place. Staff went out of their way to make it enjoyble. Breakfast was great. Sitting out front and having a few afternoon drinks was very relaxing as you watch the water, boats and passers by.

Wow wish we didn’t have to leave! The hotel is gorgeous sea front, very clean with great rooms and amenities. Staff is amazing and so friendly and helpful, even helped us from the ferry. Definitely book!!

We were greeted as we came off the ferry and escorted the very short distance to the hotel, given a glass of prosecco to enjoy while we checked in. Their included breakfast is wonderful. We had dinner here one night and the steak was cooked to perfection.

Loved the beautiful breakfast spread which was included in the price. Loved all of the gathering areas so we could hang out with friends at the property but not in our rooms. The reception area is very welcoming and the patio is a great place for a drink and to watch the sunset or people watch if there are too many ships in the way.

Situated centrally in Hvar town overlooking the busy port, the hotel is an excellent choice. High standards of cleanliness and housekeeping prevail. Staff are uniformly friendly and courteous. Breakfast very good. Only slight moan would be that the room was on the small side, but the bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom superb. Highly recommended.

Best Hvar Hotel

Awesome location, right on the marina in Hvar. Rooms are nice and modern with comfortable beds, although fairly small. Breakfast is amazing, honestly best we’ve ever had at a hotel. Well worth it.
