This 3 bedroom split-level house in Almijara area, Nerja has two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom and two bathrooms with capacity for 6 guests.



This is a spacious and partially air-conditioned house, situated on an attractive residential development and with access to a large communal swimming pool and children's pool. The pools are located 1 minute walk away from the house. It is set in a quiet, semi-rural location, but within walking distance of the town and beaches.



The accommodation is equipped with the following facilities:



Outside:Access to a large communal pool and separate kids pool, shared with other residents on the development, patio, barbecue, parking area in community, Spaces are limited and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.



Inside:Air conditioning in the lounge and three bedrooms (also heats in cooler months), Internet (Wi-Fi), fireplace, iron, safe, hair dryer, balcony,



In the kitchen the facilities include fridge freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer.

beautiful house

great property with everything you need, except decent directions to find the place. not near the road, so cant park close by. there is a car park close by, but it is entered by an electronically controlled barrier, but the company managing the property, spain sun rentals, think a few aerial photos and a picture of the front of the house is enough directions! if you use this property, and it is a great place, please note that the electronic barrier is the closest point to it that you can get to without a keypass to work the barrier. sadly we didnt find this out until midnight, so had to explore the huge complex hoping to find it. the keysafe number for the property was wrong, so we had to wait for the property caretaker to come, and when he eventually got the right number for the key safe, found it was empty! luckily, he had a spare set of keys on him. we had minor problems with wifi and hot water, but these were soon sorted out by the caretaker. this is a lovely property, but it is also pretty far out of town, and you DO need a car, otherwise your taxi bill, like ours, will be huge! spain sun rentals do the property and the owner a disservice with the way they treat any complaints. apparently we should have known which questions to ask, BEFORE we knew what the problem was.
