A lovely house in a small complex in the Parador area with stunning views to the sea and to Burriana Beach. This property has satellite television, free wifi, and air conditioning in the 2 south facing bedrooms, is built on 3 floors, and consists of:

Ground floor: fully equipped kitchen, with fridge freezer, ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave and all necessary utensils. A nice dining area with table and 6 chairs and an ample lounge with 2 sofas, a fireplace and double glass doors leading on to the large south facing terrace. The terrace is also equipped with a table and 6 chairs for dining al fresco and a relaxing area with loungers and a hammock.

First floor: 2 double bedrooms with 2 single beds each that can be used separately or together, both with fitted wardrobes, and a full bathroom.

Second floor: 1 double attic bedroom with a large wardrobe and a private terrace furnished with a sofa and comfortable chairs for relaxing in and enjoying the stunning views to the sea and Burriana Beach.

The location of this property is perfect as it is very close to the Parador Hotel, so it’s very easy from here to walk into the centre of Nerja or to the main Burriana Beach. The complex is quiet so it’s perfect for relaxing in, but it’s close enough to the centre to enjoy the life of the village as well.
